In this new policy brief series, the eight leading institutes of the Nordic-Baltic Eight countries commit to closer collaboration on analysis and research. The aim is to deepen understanding of the evolving security, political, and societal dynamics shaping the Nordic–Baltic region amid renewed great-power competition.

Symposium on Europe's Role in a New Geopolitical Landscape

On 28 April, the Swedish Institute of International Affairs (UI) hosted a security policy symposium at Eric Ericsonhallen in Stockholm under the title “Europe’s moment: How to navigate in a new geopolitical landscape”. The event took place in the presence of HM The King of Sweden and gathered experts, diplomats, and peers for an afternoon of keynote addresses and panel discussions on Europe's role in a changing world.
